I bought a ring from AMERICAN SWISS on December 19 2012 and was never told it could only be re sized 2 sizes as I need 4 sizes bigger. What was supposed to be a Christmas gift now is a nightmare. I was told in Amanzimtoti Galleria branch the sales lady in Benoni was supposed to tell me it could only be re sized 2 sizes. When I bought the ring I was told it will not be a problem to re size and it would cost R65.00. I now must pay R495.00 on a R649.00 ring lol. The biggest problem is I must pay at the branch in Toti because the manageress in Benoni told me the only way is to transfer money to the person in Amanzimtoti as the repair is down there and they can not take payment in Benoni!!! It took 4 days and a visit to the Lakeside Mall Branch to just find out if it was at all possible to have the ring re sized
