It is Month end as everyone knows most people are paid and doing their shopping. Today i waited very long and there was only about 4 or 5 active till points. Certainly not the way to do business. Why do you have ten vacant till points and the other active points full of people waiting to pay for their groceries? People cannot even walk through the till aisle because of the congestion.
