I booked a cake for my Wife's Birthday. I sent them a picture of what I wanted and they confirmed they could do it. I went to pick the cake and I have never seen any cake as ugly and unprofessionally made in my whole entire life.
The attendant was extremely rude and Melanie herself was worse. The attendant basically told me to leave if I did not want the cake. Same thing her boss told me when I spoke to her on the phone. I wish I could upload a picture of the cake. I demanded on an apology and this rude Melanie refused to even give me that after doing such a job. I paid the full amount of the cake though only a deposit was required. She tells me the cake is up to standard. If this cake is up to standard then this woman should not be making cakes at all...
