So I wrote beginning of the month about how I have never been able to use my discount benefits (which I pay for) on mango website to book a flight. All I have heard from edgars was your enquiry has been escalated and we are finding out from mango what the problem is about. Its almost moths end and mango has not found the issues yet?
Just to point out mango doesn't even have an option on their Android app for edgars customers they only have the multiply login... which just goes to prove that maybe my speculation about this benefit not working was right.
Please stop selling to customers no value benefits.
