Who's fault is it Mango?

I attempted to make a booking on the Mango website using my Edgards account card. After 3 attempts, Edgards call centre told me to go into an Edgars store to make a booking. I went to Fourways to make the booking. The staff of Edgars even made the call to Mango into on my behalf.

The booking was confirmed by the Mango call centre verbally and via email on the 20 June 2013 at about 17:45. Before I walked out of the store, I received the confirmation email that the booking was made with a reference number.

The flight was for 06:05 on 24 June 2013 from ORT to Cape Town.
Arriving this morning at the airport, I got the very nasty surprise that the ticket was cancelled by Mango due to no payment. MMango of course blamed Edgars.

Mango call centre made with it clear this morning is a Edgars problem as they had to pay Mango. Edgars told me once I have given the Mango call call centre all my account number it is Mango's problem.

Mango is passing the bug as they cancelled the flight was without notification me about this morning after I got a confirmation ref KYWDPY.

Mango stop passing the bug as. This is your mess .accept responsibility.
