Below is an email i send to Menlyn Shopping Centre management with NO response to date

I hereby wish to report an official complaint for the loss in property (Sparewheel) I incurred at your Shopping Centre on Friday 2013 between 18:30 -21:06.
I find it very difficult to believe that the specific parking bay cannot be seen on CCTV camera's and are of the opinion that the Property company are responsible to reimburse be for the replacement cost. Attach find 4 pictures I have taken from the parking bay where I were parked and that two CCTV cameras is very clear. This lead me to think that a conspiracy between the property company and the car wash and security staff cannot be excluded as these people know exactly when customers arrive and can relay information to the so called or syndicates. Toyota confirm to me today that syndicates enter shopping centres, pretend that their vehicle is broken and takes less than two minutes to remove "parts" from vehicles, these suspicious vehicles should be traced and dealt with by the Property Company.
The cost to replace the sparewheel were R6349, the Property Company did not make any effort to contact me or reimburse me
