Worst customer service eve

I placed an online order on 07 September 2013 with goods to be delivered on 20 September 2013. On 23 September 2013 I called the contact center and spoke to the supervisor on duty Nolan who promised to call me back in an hour. On 25 September 2013 with still no response from Nolan I call again and spoke with Paul (manager) who assures me that the parcel is on its way and even give me a tracking number. Today that tracking number states that the parcel is delivered and I do not have it. I called again and spoke to Nolan who slams the phone down because I am upset about the service that I am receiving from Kalahari. They are now offering me a refund which means I just spent an entire month being their clown.
