In October this year, Pick n Pay had a special on 3 kg Omo Auto washing powder. I received a rain check for 4 x 3 kg bags of Omo. Since then, I have been to the store to collect the 3 kg Omo. Each time I was told that they are out of stock. It has been 3 months. How long must I still wait?
My common sence tells me that if the 3 kg bags are not available, the customer should get the 2 kg 1 kg= 3 kg.
This is unacceptable.
In future I will not support Pick n Pay.
