About 4 months ago a pram was purchased from the store and has recently had some issues, we went into the store and asked the gentleman there what could be done as we had no slip. He told us he will find out from the manageress the following day and let us know. Two weeks later we had still not heard anything so we went back to the store and the manageress was there. She had absolutely no idea what we were talking about and she kept mistaking us for another customer who obviously got the right service of getting her purchase repaired. The more we tried to tell her our process of the whole situation all she could do was look at us with a blank expression and say i'll get back to you, firstly I have no idea how that was possible because she didn't even ask for our details and when we went back a third time she STILL had no idea what we were querying. A month later and there is still no answer. The service is just shocking and I would not recommend this branch to anyone.
