Why does the TFG group for Foshini and sportscene have a Customer services department if, if after 8 days, no one has responded to my request?
I have requested the TFG group to advise re the pin numbers to view statements online. The pin numbers doesn't link to my account and I've been trying for 8 days to log in and I've contacted the customer care centre 8 days ago.
My postal address and my residential address are different therefor I need to receive my monthly statement urgently.
