I bought formula in Bulk and now my son is off the bottle. Yes i have lost the slip, but their pricing is still on, it's still closed and i said i would get a bank statement to show when i bought it then surely they can check their records. It was only a month ago. I dont want vouchers i just want my money back. If they do it all on PC surely they keep their records, what is so difficult.
I am so sick of bad customer service in this country
