On the 14th of February 2005 I bought a vehicle from Trade Centre motors, the vehicle was tampered with and I took it back, because it was giving me so much trouble, after some time i thought that how could a vehicle that i just bought give so much trouble, a friend of mine worked at VW so i asked him to check up on the service records for me, what i discovered was a nightmare, they actually turned the clock back and instead of being 90 000km on the clock, the vehicle had almost 300 000km, I was so mad I went to the dealer and told them what i had found out, they became rude, i fought and fought and got nothing out, all my saving and payments for nothing, i contacted Standard Bank and told them what they are dealing with, I asked Standard Bank to pay me my money back, they wouldn't they came to repo the car, and then i fought, i told them that they have their car back I want my money back, I went to the Ombudsman for banking, the Motor Ombudsman, legal wise, I tried everything, I still have most of the documents, the vehicle was a A4 Jetta 2000, i cant let go of this, this was my savings, I need closure with this.
