Every time I go to this branch I discover a pricing issue!
Today I purchased cake flour and was charged R23.99 although the flour with the same bar code was only R15.99. When I went with an employee to show her the price we discovered it was also R23.99 on another shelf. All she did was remove the R15.99 shelf label and I was charged R15.99. When I queried this the manager refused to observe their 'scan right guarantee policy' and claimed that if there was only one price the policy would be effective, but as there were two prices the policy is no longer valid. How can this be correct??
