I have been an Edgars client for many years and last week popped in and saw a pair of shoes that I loved. I have a Thank-You Card and decided to use my points that I had accumulated as I did last year. To my surprise I was told that I no longer had any points and that Edgars had done away with the accumulated Thank-You Points system. All I want to know is how can one take away something that has already been given without letting one know that they were falling away. This, as far as I am concerned, is not the way to do business and keep customers happy.
