I bought the Neapolitan Ola Ice Cream from Checkers in Centurion and it was half full with ice.
I am very annoyed as this is the second time this has happened AND the previous time I bought the ice cream from a totally different shop!
So Please, don't even bother trying to push the blame onto the shops that sell it, because then Ola just shouldn't have their name on their product if they can't control what goes out to their customers.
Please tell me why if this is a problem with the outlets, why all the other brands do not experience the same issue as I have then bought another 2l Ice cream from a different brand IN THE SAME FRIDGE and it was FINE!!! I want my money back!!! I also am very angry because I lodged a complaint to Unilever and have had 0 responses!!! I even uploaded pictures!!! Disgusting customer service!!!
