About a month ago I bought a tub of 2ltr ice cream and it was sealed and everything but when I opened it I got the shock of my life... the ice cream looked like it has been eaten it had some cream spots inside but it was frozen... I phoned the customer care centre and the lady I spoke to told me to check stuff in the shop before I pay for it... she then went on to tell me to keep the ice cream they will send someone to collect it because they need to run tests on the contents and that she would send a voucher to replace my ice cream... the next day the courier company came to fetch it... but till today I haven't heard anything from them... noone has said anything to me regarding this... im so angry because if they had not taken it from me I would have taken it back to where I bought it and get a new fresh tab...
