i have been xperiencing bad customer service at WOOLWORTHS 1st it was a pair of leather pumps purchased that tore within weeks and now its a pair of R899 Boots which they refuse to fix bcause the technologist says its "unjustified" meaning so sorry Ms Daniel your R899 just went down the drain. Woolworths promises quality and yet i seem to be missing that because i have been supporting their brand since i can remember and yet they keep failing me.
The reason people go to Woolworths its for quality and yet the shoes they say is leather seems to be "PLEATHER" and if you go to Woolworths Adderly street you will be told your R899 WORTH OF SHOES IS UNJUSTIFIED, meaning shoes= service deal with it CUSTOMER or just cough up another R899 for PLEATHER BOOTS that are supposed to be be LEATHER BOOTS.
