We have asked outdoor warehouse twice now already to get us information on a product they have on their website. And twice they have not gotten back us!
The last time the guy even said they have what we want in Boksburg and he will get it to us still in that week. Still we haven't heard a word!!!
Where is the service!
If you have something advertised on your website, surely you should stock it AND your staff should stick to their promises!
