I had 2 cheap captains chairs for 10years before they became a bit worse for wear. I decided to splash out and buy 2 fold up GCI Outdoor chairs at R800, 00 each. I have used them no more than 12 times and only when camping. They both started sagging and are now unusable. Yes I know they are just over 12months old and out of warranty but this is a lot of money for such poor quality. I did return them but was told they can not be repaired so goodbye R1600, 00.I was told by the sales person they would ask the area manager but I know nothing will come of this, so this will probably be my last Outdoor Warehouse purchase.
