I went to go purchase camping equipment from Outdoor Warehouse. The equipment was not in very good condition but I was still willing to purchase the equipment. However, once I showed the manager (Henry) the state of the equipment his attitude stank! He was in no way willing to compensate for the bad condition if the equipment. He clearly does not value the customers! Funny enough this is not the first time the managers' attitude stank. It seems that Outdoor Warehouse just employes managers that do not value their customers. I encourage consumers not to go to this shop as you will only receive bad service. There are other lovely places one can purchase camping equipment. I encourage to find these places as they will go out of their way to help you unlike Outdoor Warehouse. They do not need your money and Henry made this clear!
