If you get it wrong once, it could be a mistake. If you get it wrong twice, it could be an exception. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I shop at Woolies, their till points don't seem to calculate the specials on their shelves. And not just one product, but two or three of them, EVERY TIME. It costs me valuable time at the till point to get a manager, verify the issue, verify the price and reverse the cost. If you cannot properly mark your prices, or upload specials on your system, please do not bother, as not having a special is better than having an issue.
