On 20 January 2013 a part of my manual breast pump broke and any expressing mother will know that's a crisis. I have a second part at home in Pretoria, but I'm on holiday in Hermanus. On the 21st I phoned Avent in Johannesburg. They immediately contacted their rep in Cape Town called Wendy and by 12 she was in Hermanus with a replacement part at no cost to me. Service like that is rare and I am highly impressed.
