Dear sir Madam I feel so neglected, disrespected and full of grief because of the customer service at the Pick n pay vereeniging Bedworthpark, I was standing in a cue and when i got to the cashier on one till, the cashier told me that the system has frozen, i stood there for about as long as half an hour, they took so long to attend to the matter which was very unprofessional and unbearable, i had to move to the next cashier which was taking so long to serve the poor customers, when i finally got to the cashier of the till I've just moved to, I politely asked her to pack my goods into the plastic bag, she gave me such arrogant look and with sheer disrespect she refused and told me were to get off, I felt so disrespected as a customer and ridiculed right in front of everybody, Pick n Pay Vereeniging Bedworthpark really has a very low stinking, noncompetitive service, and please attend to this matter with immediate effect!!! thank you.
