I've bought two DVD's from [URL Removed] on 29 August. THe one DVD got cancelled due to stock levels and the other was sold with a wrong region code. After contact the customer care centre i was told that both will be refunded as the one item was out of stock and the ohter i can only play on one of my DVD players which was not region blocked. It is now more than 2 weeks, 5 calls later and i still hasn't been refunded for the one item. The last time i called [URL Removed] was on 18 Sept and after being on the call for 26 mins asked to speak to a manager. The call was transferred to Mike Fernandes who promised that a voucher will be loaded on my profile within max 24 hours. It has still not been done. They keep on using the excuse that they upgraded their systems and that is what is causing the delay. This is absolutely unacceptable. Kalahari your service is non-existant!!!
