Homechoice, on the 29th of August 2013 you collected an order from me that I sent back because of your non existing and service.
You said it takes two weeks for the credit, so I was supposed to get the payment the 12th of Sep 2013, not so?
Today is the 20th of September 2013 and every time I follow up on my credit you guys have some sort of excuse for the delay! I spoke to Mandy, Janele, Linda (REF: 121575782) and so many I cant even remember but you guys NEVER phone me back after saying you will??! AND to top it all I phoned again this morning and the call centre agent hung up on my call. I have had enough now!! When am I getting my money??
