We are regular customers of [URL Removed] and we put in an order for a backpack, which we need to have for our holiday - this went through on the 16th September 2013. When we did the web purchase, the system automitically changed our delivery date to [URL Removed] warehouse address in Cape Town. We have been trying since Monday to get them to deliver to our postal address, as we are leaving on Holiday tomorrow. Every time we do they promise to get back to us, but there is not feedback. We have spoken to one person at the call centre on numerous occasions, Moira, and she is just not making any effort to assist us with this delivery. This is the worst service I have ever had from Kalahari and we are truely dissapointed, and as a result we will have to buy a bag from another supplier to be able to take the equipment we needed on holiday with us.
