I am atterly upset with the way in which Coricraft has handled my purchace and refund. Goods where bought abd delivered to myhouse in mondeor, i then called the next day due to unforseen circumstances th order had to be cancelled. i told them to come collect the gpoods trhat had not been used, i was told delivery charges would be deducted as well as a 10percfent fee and was told the mattreess that was still in the condition they left it in casn not be taken back due to hygiene purposes. i then get told a week after i need to complete a refund form which i did and sent it back to Cresta. I then speak to a Mpho and Michelle who advise payment will be in my accounht today being Tuesday i have checked and still nothing. Pathetic service and a huge inconviniece i am no longer employed and must contiously call their offices and they never call back nor keep their promise, I regret ever buying anything from them if this is how they treat customers then i suggest we all go to their competotors. Over promising and under delivering. I want that money in my account today!
