About a week ago, I purchased a microwave pasta from Woolworths in Melrose Arch. After getting to the center of the pasta, I found a long hair baked inside the cheese. Needless to say, I couldn't continue eating it. I called the customer care line, and they had someone pick up the pasta promising to examine it and get back to me. It's been a week and I have heard no response from Woolworths regarding this matter. I find the presence of the hair utterly disgusting, and no word from the company after collecting the goods very poor service.
