I wanted to apply for an edgars account online. Not only did it take forever for them to call me back with what I need but the woman on the other side did not understand me at all. When she asked how I was married she did not understand what ANC with accrual is. She asked questions over and over as if I had not answered it. So I presume listening is an issue too. I eventually put the phone down in her ear because I was so annoyed. Its unfortunate I did not get her name
