Not regestering a cash deposit has been paid

I paid an outstanding balance on 25th Jan 2013. Every month I get an sms asking for that payment. I have been into the Northgate branch at least twice, let them make a photocopy of my proof of payment and even SEEN the payment on their system and I STILL get sms's and phone calls from them asking for payment. I'm seriously not happy with this!
