I have tried to open an account since Wednesday 11 September. Today is the 16th already an all l get from the manager is that l have the wrong impression of their service... where the customer has to call and ask what and where the situation stands or give the store advice as to problem solving!!! What type of service is this where all you hear is their internal issues affecting you!!! It is a joke
