I opened an account with Furniture City Fourways branch on ~14 September 2013.Upto today the shop has not delivered some of the things I bought. Initially it was wrong stuff being delivered and you rectify one thing at a time.
I was advised that its an internal problem within Furniture City and its a known problem- Wrong deliveries no communication. What a culture!!! I am not requesting for a good service, I am demanding. We ought to rectify
issues for the better of this country. I do not accept the fact that this issue is a known problem within Furniture City. The Shop and the Delivery guys blame the Warehouse, coz they just pick a lorry already loaded for deliveries. To me this is unacceptable. The shop, delivery guys and the warehouse you are all Furniture City. Please rectify my problem urgently my complaint ref is 192288 and will someone please update where are we, I am now tired of following up - what happened to courtesy calls updating clients I do not mind being told that you dont have stock and you anticipate getting some in November to me this is the best. I REGRET OPENING THE ACCOUNT and I am shocked by the type of service I got and how chaotic it is is being handled
