At approximately 13h30 &a Saturday afternoon. I go to the shoes, I wanted to get the navy high top converse. I asked a lady standing there to get me a size 3&my friend a size 4 of a Nike, a guy comes to me with just the all stars &no Nike, the lady I asked didn't bring me the shoes&I got 1 pair I asked for! I go to the till with 4 people infront of me & 1 cashier & there are like 8 people on duty, makes no sense, I asked for another cashier, he said sorry there is only 1, I said thats bull, theres 8 of them standing around but 1 cashier &a line of people. A guy standing by the door in uniform &his girlfriend standing by him, looked like his girlfriend, she was just there talking to him, everyone can hear im complaining & this girl she doesn't even work there says something to the cashier. I get FED UP & throw the box on the counter & as I walk out the girl says to me 'they getting you a cashier' in such a rude attitude! SHE DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE!! very unprofessional. the staff just stand around. note that this was a Saturday&1 cashier, something will be done about this. I have an account I pay more than I have to every month. I phoned head office & phone gets put down in my ear!
