General disgusting service

Well, my mother and myself went to Jet in Blue Route mall to purchase a cellphone. after standing at the counter for an eternity (even though cashier saw us standing there and called no one to service us) we finally approached the cashier to ask if we would get any service at all. the cashier just looked at us, not even greeting and just banged on the wall and a girl came out. when she was asked why she was not manning the desk, she replied and told us she thought we were just standing there waiting for someone!!! please bare in mind that none of these consultants have name badges on, hence I can not name them (we did go back to look for them and they had disappeared and the manager, Wendy Sampson of jet blue route was not forth coming with information either)
I am appalled by the level of service especially when I see to it that my financial commitments to Jet are met every month. I don't want to be treated like the queen of England, I just want to be treat like a valued client which I am and not overlooked because I don't fit the bill...

a response would be great, action taken even better, however, I have my doubts that any of this will be acknowledged at all.
