Yesterday (14 Jan 2014) my wife had gone to Mr Price at PMB mall with 2 kids. After purchasing shoes for them, the one wanted to wear them. So the cashier took the tag off and part of the shoe tore. My wife told the girl to go fetch a new pair, as the cashier had torn the shoe at the till to which the cashier had a big attitude about that. They were on their way out when they had gotten the new pair and the girl had put the new shoes on. When they tried to leave, 3 security guards screamed to them to stop, insisting to see their packet, accusing them of! There was NO reason for 3 of them to cause a scene and harass my wife and scare the two girls! After showing them the slip, they had NOTHING to say!
This is absolutely PATHETIC!
