On the 16 September my husband and I went to NWJ to purchase a gold chain for me, unfortunate they did not have the length that i was looking for. The young lady with the long black hair said she would phone the manufacture for a quote on the specific link. Guess what i still have no feedback from her, she said it was a telephone call to receive the quote. It is disappointing that this specific this branch service is not up to standard. i would rather take a longer drive next time to Centurion Mall as the staff at Centurion are more customer orientated.
