After purchasing a copy of Battlefield 3, I tried installing the game only to realise that the serial key has already been used by someone else. It is now 1 year later and after numerous emails and trying to contact EA games I still haven't played the game. So after 1 year, no reply from EA games??? This is pretty pathetic.
