Good morning.
I went to an ABSA bank at Clearwater Mall on the 31st of December 2013 and I received such bad service and awful attitude especially from the branch manager.
I am highly pregnant and when I got to the bank I was issued with ticket number Q082 at the door, when I entered the bank, it was full and no place to sit. I asked a consulted if there is a special queue for pregnant women and the elderly I was told no and asked me to speak to a branch manager who happened to be walking passed. I spoke to the manager who gave me no time of day, as she dismissed me with a bad attitude and left me standing in the queue and not offering a chair for me to sit, the least she could do.
Next to me in the queue was a woman who gave me her details and told me that she is from the ANC Women's League and they will be too happy to help me to make this public as ABSA treats women clients badly. I told her I will take it up with you first and if no response I'll contact her.
I am extreemly disappointed especially that manger being female herself and treating other women in that manner.
