It has now been 1 month no one has contacted me, Edgars made a mistake and they still don't call, please do send me your auto reponse that someone will call me. We have been to by Steven who works in Fashion online, stating that he will call back but as always that is just a lie.
Edgars messed up, admit it and resolve the issue. I will not pay my account until someone calls me.
This is very frustrating, if we dont pay they are quick to call, but when they are fault, they don't have the decency to contact you.
