I am a paraplegic and when I approached the tills to pay the guy at the till pointed me to the back of the queue that went all the way around the store and when I tried to explain to him that I cannot queue he told me that his till is not working I must go back to the back. Its just shocking to know that in this day and age the employees do not cater to the special needs of paying customers it was just humiliating.
