Today I received an sms from Totalsports to call them to activate my account having applied for one about two weeks ago; called them 3 times throughout the day and was kept on hold (5 minutes on each occasion) until I had to hangup because I ran out of airtime. Sadly this experience has left me disappointed and unwilling to spend my Rand or time with the retailer ever again...
