Ad services and damaged goods

Bad services from the manager from the Lenasia branch (Mr Rukesh Sudama). I purchaced the lounge suit for the value of R11999.00, there were damages on the lounge upon the delivery, I did not accept delivery. I phoned the branch and notified them about it and I ask them to send me the new one but they did not have stock. I then requested for a refund I was told to come at 16h00 on the 12/09/13 . I was verbally abused by the manager and he did not want to give me a discount or my money and he got the demo on the floor which he refused to discount. I have extremlly bad services from him and i paid cash for the goods and spent close to R25000.00 at that store. I dont appreciate the services that i got from him.
