I have been trying for months and months to buy a specific type of underwear from Woolworths - the local branch seems incapable of stocking it or ordering it. The web page advertises that it is available and they also kindly give customers the opportunity to contact them via their web page. AND here's a thing - they promise they will get back to their customers within 48 hours! Mmmmmm - my complaint was lodged with them on the 23rd August and a second email sent on 6th September. I got a reply with a promise that someone from their store would contact me within another 48 hours - that was... let me see... 144 hours ago. Well played Woolworths - I'll find another supplier who wants my business to buy my underwear from. Typical of the trend at the moment - you amount to nothing but empty promises.
