To anyone reading this please take note that the quality of goods and service from Woolworths is not a patch on what it used to be - it is, in fact, POOR.
My husband and I were given Woolworths underwear (total of 13 pairs of panties/underpants) for Christmas.By February we had thrown 8 of these away due to the elastic coming adrift.
I emailed what is ironically called Woolworths Customer Support and, after three weeks, received a "standard email" advising me to take the goods to one of thestores who would send them away for analysis. I replied to this communication to reconfirm that the faulty goods had been disposed of and questioning whether they would replace the undamaged underwear that they wanted me to hand in - two weeks down the line I have still not had the courtesy of a reply.
Do they really expect us to be happy having NOTHING to show from the original gift of 13 pairs?!
In future I will be shopping at Ackermans where oods are cheaper and quality better.
