Quoting customer but cant delive

Last week Friday, 06 September 2013, I ordered a screen for my Suzuki SV1000. Cheslin Quoted me R600 and said the ETA will be 2 to 3 working days. I followed up Tuesday, and Wednesday. On Thursday I phoned again and spoke to Cheslin. He then said the person ordering the items did not order my screen, he will find out whats going on and come back to me. An hour later, I heard nothing, I then phoned AGAIN and ask to speak with the manager, (Greame), He told me that the screens have been ordered but the pricing is about R1500??? II then said that Cheslin told me the pricing would be R600... Greame said that those screens dont get ordered anymore and he is trying to help me, but the screen will definitely not cost me R600 AS QUOTED... I mean, what the?? Is the staff so untrained and un-informed that the tell customer what the want these days? If you want to help Greame, than supply me with a screen for my bike at R600... i will definitely share this with ALL I know that support you guys, as I am a member of Bomb Shelter Bikers Church, and I know alot of us buy from you... Well, maybe not as much anymore... Not after this POOR POOR service...
