Payment not reflecting

I made a payment on the 20/08 R600 to bring my account up-to-date in Edgars Active in Festival Mall, up to today I'm being harrased by your collections department they calling me everyday for the payment and every time when they call i explain the same thing to them but it falls on deaf ears, I raised the issue with the complaints department a lady by Tiisetso Moloi called me back and requested a proof of payment i did sent it she never responded back to me, then Palesa form Festival Mall called me and said they were not aware of the issue and apparently on the 20th and 21st they were offline and all payments and purchses made on that day dont reflect, they will investigate on their side but she doesnt know when will the issue be resolved and in the meantime collections will keep on calling me and because the statement is closing my account may fall into arrears which is affecting my payment profile, unfortunately i cant deal with this anymore, in Feb i closed my account due to same reasons and i going to close it again and will never purchase in Edcon stores, this is so irritating and inconviniencing to be woken up by a collections call or be disturbed in a very important meeting
