The supplier deny to replace damaged goods which upon delivery by my arranged courier after they have told me that they don't deliver to Lesotho yet when transaction was done they committed that the goods will be delivered ; none the less I made them aware that the goods seemed to be defective as when they were assembled there was some parts of that lethear which were abnormally soft and that's where it showed unusual holes and immediately I communicated the matter to one of their warehouse staff by the name of Maria who admitted that the goods be returned to the warehouse where unfortunately when they got there one gentleman czlled EImmil refused to accept them and brought up whole lot of arguments that it's not their fault and they will not replace the goods instead recommended where they can be patched.
Thought I agreed to patching solution, I showed him that I wasn't satisfied as my headboard was new and the price of /- R28, 0000.00 paid was such a fortune not to have guarantee on the goods and be stuck with what I considered to be second hand goods because now after being fixed they are no longer in acceptable condition hence I still demand relplacement of headboard.
