I wrote a message yesterday to makro's facebook page. Informing them of a product they sold me that had a fault. I got what I assume was and automated response requesting me to send my details to a certain email address so that the correct department may be in contact with me. I waited until the afternoon and nothing had happened. I posted a meaaage on the makro pages wall making mention that I am still waiting for a response and that nobody had contacted me. Well I am still waiting. A tv I bought on 10/08/13 from their germiston branch was faulty. The earphone outlet jack doesnt work and it is still under guarantee within the 1 month window. How do I go about gettig my tv replaced? Not only is the product you sold me defective, your after sale service is pathetic.
