Early account payments - DREADFUL EXPERIENCE

Hi,

Who knew that paying accounts early could end up being so stressful!

My hub installment together with my dad's for the month of January was paid on 5 January 2013 (for this month). Due to my job issues, i assumed that if the accounts are paid it would be one less thing to worry about at the end of the month. However last week i received my statement as well as my dad's which shows an amount due for payment!!! this got me thinking...

i called the accounts query department and in a very friendly manner was told that i had to pay the installment
as the amounts paid were added onto Decembers payment. i then had to hear about their billing system and eventually my matter was sent to the back admin department.

My dilemma, now rests with the fact that where do i get the extra money to pay my installment as well as my dad's installments again, when i have already paid with the intention of the amounts clearing out january's installments.

i hope that a positive outcome is received for me as well as my dads account.
