IGNORANCE AT THE PARCEL COUNTER

I left my bag at the parcel counter last year and I did write a letter to you guys to no response. I left my bag atthe counter and went inside for 5 mins when i got back to the parcel counter the lady who was at the counter told me that my second bag has been missing. I then spoke to the manager in charge on that night requesting to see the footage so that we could see the person who took my bag he refused saying the security was not there and I waited for a long time for the security to come back from where he was. The manager on duty asked me to list everything that was in the bag so that they could re-imburse my stuff. I have done taht and waited after 3 months I then went back to chech as to what is happening, they said they could not re-imburse my stuff as there is a notice that says I leave my parcel at my own risk. I told them should they told about the disclaimer note I would not have left my stuff there. I reported my matter to Scorpion in Bellville as they are my lawyers but I am afraid it is taking so long as it will be a year in 2days from now onwards. The manager came to me in my office at work saying he has spoken to the head-office and they refused to pay my stuff back.
